“Gazelle 2026” certificate – not just a result of growth, but also of consistent and responsible business

 

Among all the companies that met the “Gazelle 2026” selection criteria, this year MIROMAX, UAB was awarded the “Gazelle 2026” certificate.

Just revenue growth is not enough.

In the initial “Gazelle 2026” list, there were about 11,000 Lithuanian companies based on growth criteria, but after applying the entire evaluation methodology, more than 5,400 companies remained in the final list. Growth is not the only criterion; profitability, continuity of operations, financial discipline, transparency, and responsible commitment fulfillment are also evaluated.

MIROMAX has never considered growth as a goal in itself. What matters more to us is that it occurs naturally – alongside accumulated experience, growing engineering competence, returning clients, and the increasing value we can create for their projects.

Therefore, we see the “Gazelle 2026” certificate not as a finish line, but as one of the visible results of our daily work. Behind it lies a multitude of things that often go unnoticed: searching for solutions, testing, correcting mistakes, learning new technologies, responsibility to the client, and consistent effort.

 

For us, growth does not start with numbers. First, the value we can create for the client must grow. And the numbers will follow.
